Digital Agency for Everybody
Empowering your online presence with cutting-edge technology.
Empowering your online presence with cutting-edge technology.
Enable individuals, families, businesses, institutions and organisations to be independent within the digital space

Each virtual agent platform (VAP), whether for an individual or company or institution includes the following features:

ODR is one of the first areas which we implement in VAPs. Why?
Fair e-justice ODR in internet scale necessitates that people have ultimate control over data they generate and have access to similarly powerful online based services as organizations. ODR will inevitably become an important part of global digital infrastructure:

Your VAP is your personal digital agent under your exclusive control, acting on your behalf in the digital universe to:
Your VAP is your property, and so is the data within it. VAPs adds the following to your digital presence:

Open ODR Model

ODR Machine

Personalized Access to e-Justice
Do you need efficient user-friendly digital resolution of disputes which:
If your answer is yes, ODR Machine addresses your needs.
We propose Open ODR Model as an open standard describing any and all ODR processes and their parts. It is a logical method based on numbering. Open ODR Model is very flexible and enables to add new processes, adapt them etc. The draft of a key part of Open ODR Model – the numbering conventions - is available for comments here:
Open ODR Model has enabled us to design and develop a suite of completely new ODR digital tools, called ODR Machine, for generating decentralized, yet interoperable ODR platforms for ODR providers, as well as for the parties. The following digital tools are currently under development. We expect their demo pilots in Q1 2027 and test pilots in Q3 2027:
ODR Modeller is an open-source tool for generating data exchange formats for ODR according to the Open ODR Model. It connects the selected ODR design options, processes, sub-processes and forms specified in the Open ODR Model with ODR exchange formats connectable with standard open-source systems, like BPMN, Java etc. ODR Exchange formats enable everyone to create digital twins of ODR platforms.
ODR Editor is also an open-source tool for creating look and feel of ODR forms. After finalizing contents of ODR forms in the ODR Modeller, each ODR form might be dressed-up by adding colours, branding, pictograms, modifying layout style etc. This is done in the ODR Editor which contains similar features as text editors we know from our daily work on computers.
ODR Translator is able to convert the digital map of ODR platforms designed in ODR Modeller and dressed-up in ODR Editor, into an executable ODR platform. It is an automatized process: just one click. After adding a database and (asynchronous) communication module, the full ODR platform will be ready.
ODR Editor enhances access to justice by enabling personalized ODR forms. An individual user of ODR Editor will be able to self-assess herself regarding her needs or vulnerabilities, and also her preferences. The self-assessment might be conducted with the help of ethical AI. Users can share voluntarily their anonymized data for the purposes of training AI models, which enhance the self-assessment processes.
Your ODR platform (the VAP) will then recommend an appropriate plugin (e.g. screen reader). You will be able to access the plugin and use it to personalize her ODR form(s). You, and other users, will complete and file the personalized forms with an ODR provider, vendor etc., and will receive the personalized form in their preferred format. This feature is only available via the Open ODR Model.

With the ever-growing digital landscape, supported by private innovation and state digital regulations, the individuals and organisations face the problem of manifesting their own agency within this landscape.
The myriad of new digital processes and documents are increasing the effort required for people and organisations to keep track of their digital presence, due to a missing link in the technology chain: a personal virtual agent, designed to keep track of a person's digital online presence.
VAPs are here to fill that gap in the digital landscape. VAPs allow persons and organisations to manage their legal documents within the virtual space, organising these virtual spaces separately, similarly to how our real life keeps these spaces separate, while allowing the owner to oversee and control the entire virtual presence.

VAPs allow personal agency and control over digital activities, while leveraging the benefits offered by computers in automating and assisting us.
We provide a variety of agents that can help organise your digital assets with the VAP, ranging from traditional data processing algorithms to private AI agents.
Examples of such agents are ODR assistants (e.g. finding the appropriate ODR institution for complaints, filling the necessary forms, filing them and tracking the process), integrated email assistance (e.g. summarising and reply automation, notifications etc.)
On our cloud infrastructure, agents are operating within the confines of the VAP. Lightweight agents reside on the VAP, while resource-intensive computations are delegated.
Organisations and other institutions can leverage agents both on the organisation VAP, but also provision agents on the their members' personal VAPs. Agents operate on the personal VAPs within the organisation data space, following the governance rules set by the organisation.

We decided the best way to publish our innovation is in the form of an extensible platform. While our main focus is Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), the personal, family and work spaces are infinitely extensible.
Any person can use the VAP BPMN editor to create new processes, or personalise existing ones. The Marketplace allows sharing and monetising such designs. Tech-savvy persons can use more advanced computer languages to automate VAP activities, but also develop drivers to access to external services.
Organisations can integrate with existing infrastructure services, such as data storage or calling REST services. Organisation VAPs can provision business processes and such drivers onto personal VAPs, within the confines of the data spaces owned by the respective organisation.
Our virtual presence has more than already split between various activities, ranging from personal spaces, a family space, work spaces, as well as public activities, in our official capacity as citizens.
For individuals, VAP identities bring order to your online activity by presenting a facet of your identity to third parties. Instead of using the same email address to log into hundreds of services, each identity has its own email address, provided by your VAP.
Organisations, as well as individuals, will leverage the separation between personal and work identities to secure and protect their online activities.
Data spaces organise your data in relationship with identities. This protects your data from prying eyes, and allows you to take control of your data, both for individuals and organisations.
While one has full control over personal data spaces on VAPs, organisations can leverage the partitioning of personal and work spaces to manage data safety. Administrators can enforce data governance processes and rules over work spaces, both in the organisation VAP and the work-related spaces within individual VAPs, while the personal data is unaffected.
Data spaces can be linked to external storage services, such as Google Drive, Microsoft One, Dropbox, Solid etc.
We provide support and professional services to individuals, organisations and institutions for integrating existing data storage.
Our cloud infrastructure confines our AI agents to VAP data spaces, including models and conversation history. Externally hosted VAPs can leverage the technology to implement a similar setup. When opting for 3rd-party agents, please consult their respective privacy policies.
The decentralised Stratus communication platform allows anyone to host their own communication nodes. Our company offers hosting of Stratus nodes, but also documentation and support for on-premise institutional and individual deployment
The asynchronous nature of Stratus allows both service providers and consumers to be temporarily offline, or while travelling. Requests are stored for a period of time by the platform, and are delivered when back online.
Communication is secured between endpoints and between Stratus nodes. Using modern cryptography., the communication platform network ensures messages only reach their designated recipients, protecting applications from messages from untrusted sources
The Stratus network integrates existing asynchronous communication standards and technologies into a global communication network. These solutions are already part of open standards at the enterprise level, while our additions will also be available as an open standard.
We know that our clients have unique needs. Send us a message, and we will get back to you soon.
